Membership and donation actions are handled through HelloAsso. When you click these links, your data is processed by HelloAsso under its own privacy policy and terms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to messages and partnership requests: legitimate interest.
- Managing memberships, donations and association life: contract or legitimate interest, depending on the situation.
- Complying with legal and accounting obligations where applicable: legal obligation.
Retention
Contact emails are kept only for as long as necessary to process the request and manage the relationship. Accounting or membership-related records may be kept for the legally required period.
